1) Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2) Community Rules (Content & Conduct)

• No illegal content, threats, harassment, hate, or sexual exploitation.
• No spam, scraping, abuse, or attempts to bypass security controls.
• You own your content, but you grant the Platform permission to store, display, and distribute it as needed to operate features.

3) AI Assistant (V) Disclosure

V may generate responses, summaries, and suggestions. AI output can be incorrect. Do not rely on V for medical, legal, or financial decisions without professional advice.

4) Vision (“What am I looking at”) / Camera Use

If you use vision/camera features, you are responsible for ensuring you have rights to capture and upload images. The Platform may process images to generate descriptions and may store limited safe summaries for functionality.

5) Privacy: What we collect

• Account data: email, UID, display name.
• Usage data: basic logs, feature usage, error logs.
• Content you create: posts, comments, and media you upload.

6) Privacy: How we use data

• Operate the Platform (auth, feed, debates, profiles).
• Security (fraud prevention, abuse detection).
• Improve features (performance, stability, quality).

7) Privacy: Data visibility model

• Private user data is stored under users/{uid} and is protected by security rules.
• Public profile is stored under public_profiles and may be visible to anyone.
• Admin/owner tools are restricted to authorized accounts and hidden from viewers.

8) Payments (if enabled)

If paid tiers or early access are enabled, payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider. Refunds and billing terms (if any) will be presented at checkout.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or attempt to bypass security.
